If you pre-order your desired media via the ZB MED search portal LIVIVO, we will provide the media within 24 hours. The ordered and pre-ordered borrowable media are sorted by user number on the collection shelf. You can take them from there and borrow them from the self-check-out machine in the foyer during our opening hours.

Journal volumes from our stacks cannot be borrowed, but can be pre-ordered for use. They are also available on the collection shelf and can be used and scanned in the reading room.

You will find the collection shelf in the reading room on the ground floor directly on the right-hand side of the window.

Please note:

Media that you have ordered via interlibrary loan, as well as media with special formats and also CDs can only be collected during the service hours of the lending desk from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00.
