Open Mind. Open Spirit. Open Science.

The ZB MED Annual Report 2023 is out.

ZB MED has been opening its doors to visitors, employees, cooperation partners and stakeholders for 50 years. In 2023, ZB MED celebrated its anniversary with many guests and open doors. But the celebrations didn't stop there: ZB MED also hosted the 2nd German Open Science Festival and the 20th anniversary of GMS in Cologne.

And what else happened last year? Our annual report presents mostly in German highlights from ZB MED, takes a look behind the scenes and provides an overview of projects, facts and figures, just as you will remember from previous years. 

However, the format is completely new. For the first time, the annual report is being published exclusively online - in line with the digital transformation. As a so-called one-pager, it utilises the possibilities offered by a website. In addition to the texts, you can browse through image galleries, watch videos and find out more using interactive infographics.
