On the publication portal PUBLISSO, ZB MED - Information Center for Life Sciences bundles its entire Open Access offering. This ranges from publication platforms to a wide range of advisory services and information on its own work and networking within the communities. The strategic realignment of ZB MED has brought research data management and digital preservation increasingly into focus. The experts from the PUBLISSO team have prepared the content and information on the services offered by ZB MED, so that up-to-date and comprehensive information is now available on the PUBLISSO pages for both focal points. 

In research data management, PUBLISSO offers dedicated services and tools along the research data life cycle. Accordingly, the new pages provide information for planning research data management, documenting the data in Electronic lab notebooks, making research data referenceable and searchable, archiving, publishing, searching and useing. In addition, the FAIR Data Principles and the National Research Data Infrastructure are explained. In addition, the pages link to PUBLISSO's consulting services.

The new pages on digital preservation introduce the complex topic and describe the heterogeneous data stock that is intended for archiving at ZB MED. The texts also provide information about the digital preservation system Rosetta, which ZB MED uses in cooperation with the TIB - Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and the ZBW - Leibniz Information Centre for Economics. With its Institutional Preservation Policy, which was recently published, ZB MED commits itself to the principles that are at the forefront of long-term archiving measures.
