Users of ZB MED can now also get advice on research questions and other library services in a one-on-one zoom meeting. Questions and topics can be answered in a targeted and individualised way by talking to each other, via chat or by sharing screen content. You will receive useful information and tips on questions such as:

• Library services and holdings of the ZB MED
• Searches in LIVIVO and other databases
• Access to electronic media of ZB MED

Above all, the possibility of screen sharing makes it easier to point out individual explanations and search steps, which often cannot be adequately explained by telephone or e-mail.
