We would like to welcome you to the International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors (IWN 2022) in Berlin, Germany. The workshop is planned as live event and will highlight latest advances in the field of group III-nitride materials, nanostructures and devices. Topical symposia will cover growth, characterization, optical and electronic devices as well as novel materials and nanostructures, which will be presented in plenary sessions, parallel topical sessions, poster sessions, and an evening rump session. The workshop will be framed by an industrial exhibition as well as a welcome reception, conference dinner, excursions, and lab tours in order to provide a stimulating environment for participants from all around the world.
