The ECSR is a biennial scientific conference dealing with recent developments in schizophrenia research as well as with challenges in clinical settings. The subtitle “Together for better treatment and care” underlines the need for comprehensive efforts to improve the situation of schizophrenia patients which despite recent progress still poses many challenges to those affected by schizophrenia as well as to researchers and clinicians.
