The target group of this symposium consists of radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists and surgeons interested in furthering knowledge on the importance of state-of-the-art imaging and its role to multidisciplinary management of patients with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, breast, hepatobiliary, pancreatic and rectal cancer. This will be a two-day course aimed at providing an overview on the potential of imaging biomarkers for research and clinical use in oncology, identifying the challenges and potentials of imaging modalities to drive breakthroughs in cancer imaging and demonstrating the synergies that result from multidisciplinary interactions in oncologic care. The course will consist of 8 sessions including lectures and case-based interactive panel discussions.
