Science is facing a challenge: There are so many new articles per year that it is getting increasingly hard for researchers to keep track of relevant information. To navigate this publication flood, a new method for scholarly communication is needed.
How do we want to organize knowledge in the future? How can we enable machine assistance for researchers? How can we match the needs of diverse scientific communities in the 21st century?
The Open Research Knowledge Graph addresses these questions. With semantic descriptions of research content, we make research human- and machine-actionable and help researchers to automatically find and compare relevant contributions. Thereby, we are radically open: Open Data, Open Source and Open Science. Content is curated collaboratively by researchers from different communities.
In this workshop, we introduce the ORKG and create content towards current research topics.
