Profile
Ulrike Ostrzinski completed a degree in academic librarianship at the University of Applied Sciences for Library and Documentation Science (FHBD) in Cologne. She joined ZB MED soon after, taking on various roles and responsibilities within the library setting. In 2005, Ulrike Ostrzinski helped develop ZB MED’s new marketing department. She continued her studies on a part-time basis, obtaining a Master’s degree in science communication and marketing from Technische Universität Berlin. Ulrike Ostrzinski currently holds the roles of Deputy Head of Marketing and Press Officer at ZB MED. Her primary responsibilities include social media, event management and web content management. She has also worked as a lecturer at TH Köln – University of Applied Sciences since 2019, and at HföD – the University of Applied Sciences for Bavarian Civil Servants since 2022.
